The AP has photo evidence of a rodent running across the stage during President Barack Obama’s Thursday address to reporters, on the conclusion of a long-winding Senate filibuster attached to the reform plan.
Was the rodent a rat? According to a wildlife biologist in the AP story, it resembled a vole.
Rat or otherwise, the creature was not precocious enough for a staredown with the commander-in-chief. Watch the video for the two leading candidates to participate in that debate.
