Slurpees and Farmville: Saddest Pairing Ever?

Need to cool your thirst after endless hours spent tending your digital farm? Nothing like a Farmville-themed Slurpee from 7-11.

According to Mashable, the convenience-store chain has inked a partnership with Zynga, makers of a slate of hugely popular Facebook-centric games that includes Farmville and Mafia Wars. Beginning June 1, more than 7,000 stores around the country will offer Zynga-branded items for a six week span, including Farmville Slurpees and Mob Wars ice cream. Gamers who purchase the items will be able to unlock special in-game items tied to the promotion.

According to a statistic from Zynga, some 10 percent of the U.S. is now playing Farmville.
