Those two reasons brought President Barack Obama to Solyndra’s new Fremont, Calif. manufacturing plant on Wednesday. Solyndra specializes in photovoltaic solar-panel systems for commercial rooftops. Coca-Cola is among the major companies that have already signed on for the service.
