The body of the 40-year old son of newscaster Ted Koppel was discovered in a New York apartment early Monday morning, New York police said.
According to the New York Post, Andrew Koppel worked in the law department for New York’s Housing Authority. The Post reports that Koppel spent much of Sunday drinking. No official cause of death has been released.
Koppel’s body was found at about 1:30 a.m. Monday morning. He was one of the TV newsman’s four children. Ted Koppel has not commented on his son’s death. (via New York Post, AP)
