No More California Dreamin’ for Orly Taitz

Looks like it’s back to the padded room drawing board for “birther” queen Orly Taitz, who was shut out of her Republican primary bid for California Secretary of State late Tuesday.

Taitz, who gained notoriety by publicly championing the idea that President Obama is not eligible for the White House because he was born in Kenya, mounted a campaign for office, but fared poorly against her opponent, Damon Dunn, who walloped her 3 to 1. Her multiple lawsuits to prove Obama shouldn’t be president probably didn’t do much for her political credibility, either.

Still, Dunn is not expected to win against incumbent Secretary of State Deborah Bowen, who enjoys major support in California.
