Airlines – when they’re not losing foreign leaders’ luggage, they’re charging us an arm and a leg for anything they can think of.

TIME has a list of 20 reasons to hate airlines, and it’s hard not to fume with rage after reading it. Nonrefundable tickets, the disappearance of legroom and frequent-flyer schemes are all ways that air travel empties every last penny from our pockets. A choice excerpt:
