Not satisfied with merely suing the stalker who filmed her naked, Erin Andrews is also suing the hotels where it happened. (via CNN).

The ESPN sports reporter and Dancing With The Stars contestant has filed a lawsuit alleging that hotels she stayed in gave out her room information to Michael David Barrett—her stalker—which in turn gave him access to film her.

Barrett pled guilty to federal charges of stalking in December of 2009 after he tampered with hotel room peepholes so that he could see into—and film—Andrews’ room. He filmed Andrews while naked and then uploaded the footage to the Internet. Barrett is included in the lawsuit.

Andrews released a statement on Thursday that she wants “to hold accountable those who put my personal safety at risk and who allowed my privacy to be invaded while I was a guest at their hotel, as well as for actually stalking me and making my most personal moments public.”
