When people want their McNuggets, darn it, they want their McNuggets.
At least that’s what was shown on a video released Tuesday by the Toledo, Ohio police department in which an enraged McDonald’s drive-thru customer reportedly attacked a stunned cashier early on New Year’s Day. She was told only breakfast was being served, hence no McNuggets were available.
Melodi Dushane, 24, was arrested for the attack, but not before allegedly punching the cashier and the manager, then breaking the drive-thru window during the fracas. Much to the credit of the dedicated employees of the golden arches, after the congealed-chicken-product-obsessed woman drives off, the next customer drives up and is served promptly.
Dushane, whose lawyer says has panic attacks which cause her to operate a few fries short of a Happy Meal, was served with two months in the slammer and a year’s probation.
No fries, shakes or apple pies come with that.
