‘Bo the Bailer’ is (finally) in the right place: the single column.After Monday night’s Houston Astros game, where Sara Saco-Vertiz was hit by a foul ball after her boyfriend Bo Wyble ducked out of the way at the last second, the Internet collectively wondered, “Why is she dating him?” While we never got that answer, we did get something a little better: News that it’s over. Saco-Vertiz announced that the couple had split on CBS’ The Early Show on Thursday morning. During the segment, where anchor Harry Smith scolds Wyble for his failed attempts at being “a man,” Saco-Vertiz quietly admitted that she and Wyble were no longer an item. “Well, I mean it’s not over because of the ball,” she told Smith. The split certainly leaves her free to find a braver boy, while Bo now has plenty of free time to work on his fielding skills.
