There are few things more loved the world over than tiny puppies.
Police in Bosnia say they’ve found the culprit behind the viral video of a young woman hurling six small squealing and squirming pups one-by-one to their death in a river.
The AP reports the girl’s parents will soon be questioned by police. Under the country’s new animal protection law, she (or her family) could be fined up to $6,400 for cruelty to animals.
The video incited worldwide outrage earlier this week.
