Could This Be the World’s Ugliest Website?

From Reddit comes this nod for the world’s ugliest website: Arngren.net, which appears to be some sort of Norwegian miniatures store. Certainly looks bad to us  – but can it compete with YvettesBridalFormal.com or the old whitehouse.gov?
