Britney Spears’ former bodyguard has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the singer, accusing her of making unwanted sexual advances.

Fernando Flores, who worked for the Toxic singer from February to July of this year, also claims the star had sex in front of him and summoned him to her bedroom while she was naked, according to papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court and obtained by celebrity website TMZ. Flores also claims that Spears had physical fights with her boyfriend in front of her two children, and that he saw her punish her young sons with his belt.

Speaking to the Associated Press, Mark Vincent Kaplan, lawyer of Britney’s ex-husband Kevin Federline, described the allegations as “baseless” and suggested that Flores was motivated by money.

California’s Children Services investigated the alleged abuse ahead of the lawsuit—as they are required to do by law—and found that the claims had no merit.
