Oh no! Have the gods no mercy?

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady — better known as the guy who is not Drew Brees, Kurt Warner or Peyton Manning — was involved in a two-car accident Thursday morning.

The Associated Press reported Brady was unhurt in the crash, which took place near his home in Boston. But a passenger in one of the vehicles was hospitalized with minor injuries. A message on the Patriots Twitter page said he was expected at Gillette Stadium.

The Patriots, who went 10-6 in the 2009-2010 season, are preparing for their season opener against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday afternoon.
