This is likely a punishment for surfing the Internet late at night when NewsFeed actually should have been in bed.

But a product has been developed and marketed that seems to be for the fast food consumer who is actually too lazy to take his fingers off of his soft drink for the few seconds it takes to pick up his chicken nuggets and shove them into his face.

BBQ Chicken, a Korea-based chain, with outlets around the Asia-Pacific rim, boasts the Col-Pop. This addition to the menu puts a container filled with processed fried-chicken bites inside a larger cup containing the beverage of the consumer’s choice. No need to exhaust your deltoid or tricep muscles reaching an entire foot away to a paper box with your junk food anymore. And there’s really no reason to even take your mouth off the straw while you sip your Coke for more than an instant. All this for about five bucks.

Just sip, open, munch, and keep sipping. This way there’s no interruption to giving yourself diabetes or high cholesterol. Seriouseats.com, the website dedicated to all things digestible and semi-digestible first reported about the Col-Pop in 2008. Admittedly we’re late on this, but BBQ Chicken Franchises are sparsely established around the U.S. so news of this probably hasn’t spread across the land yet.

But still, it makes you think…how far are we from junk food that you don’t eat, but rather snort?
