Talking Points Memo, you had NewsFeed at Joe Pesci starring as Carl Paladino.

Just in time for midterms, political website Talking Points Memo put together an all-star cast of actors to portray some of the biggest players in the Nov. 2 elections. Arrested Development’s Jessica Walker (i.e. Lucille Bluth) as Nevada Republican Senate candidate Sharron Angle, Chuck Norris as Alaska Republican Senate candidate Joe Miller and Kathy Bates as California Republican gubernatorial candidate Meg Whitman. All winners.

(See souvenirs from the Tea Party.)

There are a few misses though: Justin Timberlake wouldn’t quite cut it as Kentucky Republican Senate candidate Rand Paul. Neither does Anthony Hopkins seem like a convincing enough Ken Buck, the Colorado Republican Senate candidate. But all in all, nice work, TPM. Oh and Samuel L. Jackson as New York City’s Rent is Too Damn High, guy? Perfection.
