Looks like viral video dynamo Antoine Dodson, whose fame came essentially from the attack of his sister by a would-be rapist in his home, is milking his 15 minute of fame to the last teet. With that said, who knew there was a serious side to this vocoded, autotuned impresario?

Since his initial appearance on Northern Alabama’s WAFF-48, he has performed on the BET Hip Hop Awards, charted on the Billboard Hot 100 and sold thousands of copies of his “Bed Intruder Song” on iTunes. But TheRoot.com sat down with Dodson, 24, to take an in-depth look at this persona from the Huntsville’s Lincoln Park projects.

I’m not trying to make this into a joke. If y’all can make the video viral, then you can make the message viral. You think a bunch of rumors and opinions are going to make me hide in the closet? If anything, I’m going to be on the camera even more.
