While 5.3 million viewers tuned into the series premiere of AMC’s new zombie-apocalypse thriller The Walking Dead, the show not only garnered the highest ratings of any AMC premiere in history, but also took the top spot of any cable debut in 2010. “It’s a good day to be dead.
