Netflix announced Monday that it will offer a $7.99 online streaming-only subscription plan to customers, while raising its rate for all other plans. The most popular subscriptions – the 1 DVD out at a time and the 2 DVDs out at a time – will see $1 increases while other options will see more steep increases ranging from $3 to $8.
