Did Tea Party voters push Bristol Palin to the top? Spoilers ahead!
It looks like political support alone couldn’t get Alaska’s own Bristol Palin the prize. The disco ball instead went to the clear favorite, actress and Dirty Dancing star Jennifer Grey. It’s the third win for Grey’s professional partner, Derek Hough, who had previously danced with winners Brooke Burke and Nicole Scherzinger.

Grey suffered through health problems during the show’s run, and even danced through a slipped disc on Tuesday’s show. But it was obvious she would win from the start, says Entertainment Weekly’s Annie Barrett:
Jennifer Grey and Derek Hough are your season 11 winners of Dancing With the Stars. Who saw it coming? Everyone! Literally anyone who had tuned in for even one episode all season knew this would happen. Blind people knew! The homeless! Babies!

In second place was Disney star Kyle Massey, 19, with Palin coming in third. Looks like neither could put Baby in a corner. (via People, EW)
