Because when Newsfeed goes on vacation we really just like to stay indoors and not actually see anything in the city we’re visiting.

Seattle is a beautiful metropolis with top-notch restaurants, bars, shops, museums and more. But who wants to see any of that? The Pan Pacific Hotel in downtown Seattle is offering up Snuggle Up and Shop for visitors who don’t actually want to experience anything the Emerald City has to offer.

For $225 a night, guests get a $50 gift card for Amazon.com, a $50 In-Room dining card and complimentary high speed internet access.

The hotel’s director of sales, Kini Perente told AOL News that although guests do not have to leave the room, they have the freedom to leave whenever they choose. “We will even shuttle them to the shopping mall four blocks away,” she said. The package is already generating new reservations.

Newsfeed is curious who these people are who are willing to pay $225 a night to shop online. We hear that Internet thing is also available from the comfort of most people’s homes (and, for that matter, beds).
