Dissatisfaction Guaranteed: AT&T Named Worst Service Provider

A survey conducted by Consumer Reports polled 58,000 mobile users to find out how satisfied they were with their mobile providers. AT&T ranked the lowest in customer satisfaction, and was the only company to see a steep drop in satisfaction. In a possibly related note, half of the AT&T users polled used iPhones, which have been under fire for reception issues.

Verizon has typically taken home the prize for best network, but U.S. Cellular took this year’s top spot. Read more at Techland.
