“Got news that my big bro @justinbieber invited me on his European Tour in March..so exciting! Maybe I’ll let [little brother and Karate Kid star] Jaden come..LOL.”

And while the Biebs will no doubt draw big crowds, Willow knows she has a huge fan base on the continent, too. As she tweeted on Dec. 7:
