When you have a show that relies on the casts’ voices, tonsillitis is pretty much the worst case scenario.
Entertainment Weekly is reporting that production on the Fox show was temporarily halted on Friday as several members of the cast had fallen ill with tonsillitis. Glee is currently filming their post-Superbowl episode and were scheduled to film the biggest musical number of the episode when it was announced that shooting would be postponed.

Luckily for the rest of the cast and crew–not to mention all of the Gleeks out there–shooting is set to start back up on Monday. (via Entertainment Weekly)
