Happy Monday, NewsFeeders! Back to the office but not quite caught up with the news from the last few days? We can help.

While it’s understandable that you may have missed a thing or two while you were sleeping in and heading to lazy brunches, now that it’s the work week you’ll be expected to be up to speed on the big events. Relax, here’s a quick recap of what you missed over the weekend.

Blink and You’ll Miss Her – Did you hear that Sarah Palin was in Haiti over the weekend? Many Haitians didn’t, partly because they’d never heard of her and partly because she left so quickly. (TIME)

Obama’s Special Envoy in Critical Condition – U.S. Diplomat, Richard Holbrooke, is in critical condition after surgery to mend a tear in his aorta. Holbrooke is Obama’s special envoy to Afghanistan and Pakistan and has been in the hospital in D.C. since Friday. (CNN)

14 Actors Acting – In this fascinating compilation video, 14 big name movie stars such as Natalie Portman, Tilda Swinton, Matt Damon and James Franco, give it their all in bite-size scenes that show a range of emotions all set to music by Owen Pallett. (New York Times Magazine)

Tragic End for Madoff’s Son – Mark Madoff, one of convicted swindler Bernie Madoff’s sons, was found dead in his New York apartment on Saturday morning after he committed suicide. (Los Angeles Times)

Viral Video – It’s the video that everyone was talking about Sunday–footage from inside the Metrodome stadium as its roof collapsed under the weight of snow. The video is pretty amazing and (thankfully!) no one was injured.
