Ever wondered what it was like to step foot on a college football field? Then grab a shovel.

Since the Minnesota Vikings’ Metrodome has yet to be fixed after the dramatic roof cave-in last weekend (see the viral video here), the Vikings will now take on the Chicago Bears at the University of Minnesota’s campus stadium on Monday. But there’s one catch – it’s completely covered in snow, with five-foot drifts in some places. Ahh, Minnesota in December sounds lovely.

So, the university has asked shoveling volunteers to come down to the stadium every day from Thursday through Sunday to get ready for Monday night’s game. It will provide the shovels if necessary, so – see you there!
