When Viral Goes Creepy: Children’s Choir Sings “Trololo”

The town of Racine, Wisconsin is at the vanguard of Internet memes. The Gifford Children’s Choir sang the famous wordless Russian “Trololo” song at their winter concert last week.

The audience was encouraged to chime in with the singing kiddies. Choir director Jack Senzig wrote on his blog that the crowd actually practiced the song with the choir before the video was recorded. After the performance, Senzig wrote, “This win belongs to all of you.” What a win indeed, Mr. Senzig.
