Just a day after Natalie Portman announced her engagement, another A-list actress has a rock to show off.
Reese Witherspoon, 34, who won an Oscar for her role in Walk the Line, is engaged to Hollywood agent Jim Toth. She and Toth, 40, had been dating for about a year. Toth works for Creative Artists Agency, where Witherspoon is a client, but he doesn’t represent his fiancée.

This will be Witherspoon’s second marriage; she has two children with former husband Ryan Phillippe. The two divorced in 2008 after being married for seven years.

“They are extremely happy,” Witherspoon’s rep told Us Weekly. NewsFeed’s always had a soft spot for the Legally Blonde star, so we wish the couple well. (via US Weekly)
