Chilean miner Edison Pena serenaded his friends underground with the sweet sound of Elvis’ music, and Saturday he had the chance to sing in the King’s house.

He knows very little English, but the lyrics to “The Wonder of You” flowed from Pena’s mouth like it was his native tongue. The famously shy Pena struck up a tune at the behest of the assembled crowd, who greeted him with a celebration to rival the King’s.

Pena and hundreds of others celebrated the 76th birthday of the King of Rock and Roll today at Graceland in Memphis.  The party featured a 4-foot high cake in the shape of stacked television sets, proudly carved and served by Pena.

NewsFeed hopes Pena threw in a little hip shake, too. (via AP)
