Because why should cheese go on top of the burger, when you can actually stuff it right into the meat?
Burger King has announced that they are offering a limited-time-only sandwich, the Jalapeño & Cheddar BK Stuffed Steakhouse–which is basically a burger that has bits of cheese and jalapeños interspersed throughout the hamburger patty.

As far as fast food goes, this isn’t exactly the most radical development we’ve seen. And, unlike some other creations that have come out in the last few years, this looks like it might be pretty good–you usually can’t go wrong with cheese, after all.
Perhaps BK is trying to make up for the brussels sprouts burger? (via OC Weekly)
