Prince William and Kate Middleton’s nuptials are still more than three months away, but the race among U.S. magazine editors to score the future Princess as their cover girl is well underway.
While Vogue may be the obvious front-runner, the New York Post’s “Page Six” says Harper’s Bazaar may come out on top because the magazine’s fashion-features editor, Sara Buys, is Camilla Parker Bowles’s daughter-in-law. And if any edition of Vogue should nab Kate first, it’s likely to be the British version.
NewsFeed doesn’t have a preference for which magazine shoots the Brit beauty first, but we do have an opinion on the styling. Since Kate’s already been given the Andy Warhol treatment on the cover of U.K.’s Tatler magazine, we hope the fashion editors on this side of the pond will give her an au naturel cover look.
