Sometimes marriage gets a bad rap. But it’s another thing completely to prevent your wife from ever coming home. Avoidance issues, anyone?
An immigration officer at the UK Border Agency reportedly put his wife on the do-not-fly list when his wife left the country to Pakistan to visit her family. She was denied entry back into the UK without explanation – and has been stuck in Pakistan for three years.

The incident was discovered when the ambitious officer applied for a promotion, and was required to go through higher security clearance. His wife was discovered on the list, and he confessed to putting her on it. He was promptly fired.
Perhaps a divorce would have just been easier. (via Daily Mail)
