Are you entering spring without internationally-aware updates to your 2011 fashion?

Do you need a technologically-flavored swag readjustment? Is the need for another label on your clothes just too overwhelming?

Well fear not, because just in time for the new season comes the WikiLeaks Gift Shop, equipped with funky items emblazoned with art and text related to Julian Assange’s controversial whistleblowing website. German company Spreadshirt AG is selling a variety of WikiLeaks paraphernalia online, ranging from T-shirts with Assange’s typographical image starting at $17.99 to a WikiLeaks iPad sleeve for $34.99.

There’s even a “Free Assange” print t-shirt, which harkens back to the “Free Huey” t-shirts common on college campuses in the late 1960s.

The store’s aim is to raise funds for Assange’s legal defense, on which he’s already spent $324,000, according to an interview he did in December with the Sunday Times. Mashable reported Assange is already set to earn $1.3 million for his autobiography, which he says will also help his legal costs and WikiLeaks as well. (via Mashable)
