You can never have too much of a good thing, right? Right?

Charlie Sheen is certainly striking while the iron is hot. And without wishing to get into too many metaphors, the man sure seems to be on fire (that’s not literal. We think).

Sheen has now added a further dozen dates to his “Violent Torpedo of Truth” tour, which is now set to take in Canada and carry on through through May 3. At this rate, he might ask well keep going to Memorial Day weekend and see if his box office takings can rival the blockbuster movies slated for release.

The tickets go on sale Saturday, and will be bringing his unique, er, talents to — are you ready for this? — Toronto, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Denver, San Francisco, Seattle and Vancouver, in British Columbia. All that is currently known is that we will hear “the REAL story.”

And all that NewsFeed can say is that we are so intrigued by the “Violent Torpedo of Truth” tour, that if we had to line up in person to score tickets, we would totally do it and not pay those iPad ringers. That’s what pop culture means to us. But will the general public be equally interested and snap up tickets in less time than it takes to watch a rerun of Two and a Half Men? We suspect/fear/predict that the answer will be in the affirmative. (via AP)
