Radiohead's Thom Yorke

Proving that they are adept at making more than just groundbreaking music, Radiohead has released a newspaper called The Universal Sigh

The newspaper honors the band’s release of their eighth album, The King of Limbs, which is available this week on CD and vinyl and has been available to download since February. The newspaper, which is a mix of poetry and art, is available for free in various locations around the world (or by PDF here!).

In an appreciative nod to the band’s news-making efforts, the Guardian has tried their hand at music-making–with a respectable amount of success, we’d say. Several members of the esteemed paper (including the editor-in-chief) take a stab at covering Radiohead‘s hugely popular hit “Creep.”

Of course, now it’s up to you to decide which group proves to be more talented at the other’s specialty. (via Guardian)
