Keeping the Knot Tied: Will and Kate Unlikely to Sign Prenup

There’s been much speculation on whether or not Prince William and wife-to-be Kate Middleton will sign a prenuptial agreement to insulate them from divorce troubles that have plagued the royal family in the past.

But despite warnings from divorce lawyers, the Royal couple is unlikely to sign a prenuptial agreement, says CBS News.  On “The Early Show” Tuesday morning, Royal Contributor Victoria Arbiter said she “highly doubts” that there will be an agreement between the two.

Arbiter explained that Prince William understands the risks involved but does not see divorce in his future. After all, the last thing anyone wants is a “royal split.”
