He’s been out of the spotlight for a while, but it seems Levi Johnston’s 15 minutes of fame aren’t over just yet.
He’s back, and this time he’s ready to tell all in a memoir about his relationship with the Palin family.

You know the Alaskan-native as the guy who fathered a child with Sarah Palin’s teenage daughter Bristol. But now, you can add author to his list of credentials.
The book – titled Deer in the Headlights: My Life in Sarah Palin’s Crosshairs – is scheduled for release in the fall by Touchstone Publishing.
And apparently, it’s not money he has on the mind. He claims a very different motive for penning the book.

“I want to tell the truth about my close relationship with the Palins,” Johnston, 20, said in a statement released by his publisher. “My sense of Sarah and my perplexing fall from grace – how I feel and what I’ve learned. I’m doing this for me, for my boy Tripp and for the country.”
For the country? That’s a lofty aim, though no doubt the recent Playgirl nude model will not disappoint with the book. Although, we’ll see how it holds up to Bristol Palin’s book, slated for release in the summer.

But of course, this little book deal won’t set him astray from his ambitions for political office. He’s supposed to be the future Mayor of Wasilla, remember?
