The cast of the Jersey Shore is interviewed by Barbara Walters for her MOST FASCINATING PEOPLE special airing 12/9/2010 on the ABC Television Network.
TMZ claims that students of the Istituto Lorenzo de’ Medici (after the famed Reinassance ruler of Florence, nicknamed “the Magnificent”) received an email about the incoming cast of Jersey Shore. Here’s what it said.
“Dear Students,
Our Housing dept. has informed us that starting May 9th there will be shootings inside the 2nd floor apartment of your building. We advise you to NOT sign any paper, let anyone in, and keep us informed.“
The ever curious NewsFeed actually called the Instituto Lorenzo de’ Medici to get a clearer picture.

A kind spokeswoman told us, in a colorful Tuscan accent, that the school has actually nothing to do with Jersey Shore and nothing against it either.
So, what happened exactly? The institute, which offers an housing service for its international guests, discovered that two of their grad students are housed in the same building in which the production team of the popular reality show has rented another apartment.
The Instituto ended up doing more than just send a warning email. They relocated the two female students that lived there.
“It’s the end of the semester and my primary concern,” says the college spokeswoman,” is the tranquility of the students. The semester ends soon and we must provide a suitable environment for studying.”
She adds that “We’d hate to know that they might sign something and they might involuntarily end up in the show.” (Via TMZ)
