Actress Alicia Silverstone and husband Christopher Jarecki welcomed their first child on May 5, just in time for Mother’s Day.
On Monday, the 34-year-old actress announced on her blog that she had named her son Bear Blu Jarecki, a decision that will undoubtedly lengthen the ever-growing list of unorthodox celebrity baby names.
Silverstone married Jarecki in 2005 and disclosed in January that she was expecting. Baby boy Bear Blu was 7 lbs., 15 oz. at birth.
