For the past 20 years, Sam Klemke has filmed a summary of every year that passed. Now, in 2011, theĀ caricature artist has edited every year’s recap into a stunning look at the aging process (and remarkable improvements in film technology).

The clips are edited in reverse chronological order, starting in 2011. In Klemke’s own description, he transforms “from a paunchy, middle-aged, white-bearded, self-deprecating, schlubby old fart, to a svelte, full-haired, clean shaven, self-important, inspired but clueless 20-year-old.”

Though we can certainly see his hair go from gray to black and a few pounds trimmed from his midsection, NewsFeed’s happy to see that Klemke keeps his radio-friendly baritone and goofy wit through the decades. Though he certainly hasn’t paid attention to his young self’s facetious warning to “try to stop living in the past.” See a longer version here. (via The Daily What)
