“Ice Ice Baby” catapulted Vanilla Ice to one-hit-wonderdom. Now, the aging rapper has traded hammer pants for a career as a real estate guru.

Ice (né Robert Van Winkle) has launched a new website called VanillaIceRealEstate.com. In a video on the ’90s-themed site (guess the soundtrack) Vanilla boasts that he makes bank “pimping out properties” and wants to show YOU how to do the same.

Visitors can orders a free copy of Vanilla Ice Real Estate Investing Supercourse, which Ice says provides “off-the-hook training” in flipping real estate so you can “pop your colla and make ‘em holla” with your newfound millions.

If his rhyming couplets don’t inspire confidence, the rapper offers a free one-on-one strategy session for TO THE EXTREME™ investing advice. He claims his experience renovating McMansions in Southern Florida for The Vanilla Ice Project on the DIY Network qualifies him to dispense advice.

“I’ve been through up and down markets, I’ve seen it all, and right now, I’m doing better than ever,” says Ice. And that’s clearly why he’s launching a real estate investing website. Unless this is all a big joke, and then we have to hand it to him for the self-deprecating humor.
