In this brief clip, we see that a life spent impersonating the Great Leader suddenly looks bleak.

According to the YouTube video description, this is a video of 61-year-old Kim Young-sik who “works as an engraver in the South Korean capital, Seoul.” His real claim to fame, however, was a successful run as a Kim Jong Il lookalike. Sadly, his incredible likeness to the North Korean leader was rendered obsolete when the original Kim Jong Il passed away. The whole thing is unexpectedly melancholy.
