The play-by-play announcer for the L.A. Clippers vs. Oklahoma City Thunder NBA game couldn’t hide his anticipation once he saw the Clippers’ Blake Griffin rise toward the hoop.

With an emphatic one-handed powerhouse dunk over the Thunder’s Kendrick Perkins, Griffin turned the game into a buzz-generating night, both in the Los Angeles arena and on Twitter.

Griffin totaled 22 points, along with teammate Chris Paul’s 26, in the Clippers’s 112-100 home win on Monday evening. After the game, Griffin didn’t have much to say about the monster jam, simply telling the Associated Press that Paul “hit me in stride” with the pass.

Teammates were beyond impressed, with Paul saying he was just happy to be a part of the play and DeAndre Jordan saying he was shocked by the play and expected to go home and watch it over and over.
