Security Guard Ricardo Singh, 24, got into an argument with a 16-year-old after a Sunday night showing of the 2009 horror film My Bloody Valentine 3D. The teen wanted to wait inside the Long Island movie complex for his ride home; Singh had told all moviegoers they had to leave the theater.
The two got into an argument, which culminated with Singh stabbing the teen in the stomach with a folding knife after he refused to leave, cops said at the time.
The teenager recovered, while Singh was charged with second-degree assault.
