It’s all part of a healthy initiative promoted by Mayor Michael Bloomberg. But why stop there? New Yorkers — and, indeed, city dwellers everywhere — deal with countless other inconveniences, health risks and irritations on a daily basis that any mayor would do well to crack down on.
