The golden retriever pup is purported to have divine powers of forecasting, appearing often on Fallon’s “If Puppies Could Vote” segment. But Monday’s decision went way beyond voting for the Best Picture winner at the Oscars — Gary was tasked with predicting who’d win the presidency, guided by two bowls of food at the end of a runway. Perhaps he should have listened to their party platforms first.
