Despite the screams of the Beliebers, the teen singing sensation is fine

Justin Bieber is having a rough time on his Believe tour. First German customs officials quarantined his pet monkey, then he caused an uproar in Amsterdam when he stopped by Anne Frank’s house, and next Swedish police claimed to have found drugs on his tour bus, according to the Associated Press. But there’s more: On Sunday Bieber was tackled by a fan while performing on stage in Dubai.

Bieber was in the middle of a song during a concert yesterday when an overexcited male Belieber evaded security, jumped on stage and hugged and/or jumped the singer.  “A young fan desperate to meet his idol did make his way on stage, but was immediately removed and Justin professionally continued with his show,” Thomas Ovesen of Done Events, the music promoter behind the concert, told The National, an English-language Abu Dhabi newspaper. “As far as we know no further action has been taken against the youth.” The enthusiastic fan knocked over a piano in the process, but Bieber escaped without any harm. The singer took a three-minute break before returning to perform an encore.

This isn’t the first time the teen sensation has shown loyalty to his fans by performing under dire conditions. Last year, Bieber threw up during another Believe tour stop, but kept the show going in order not to disappoint his ardent fans.

After the Sunday show in Dubai, the “Baby” singer tweeted:

The piano, however, wasn’t so lucky. According to  The National, the piano was so damaged that it had to be carted off stage and was deemed unusable for the rest of the show.

OOh OOH Poor Justin... first your Love Companion monkey is detained by Customs for refusing to submit to an AID's test and cavity search. Without your monkey, who's gonna shove bananas up your cute little butt?

Then, all those MEAN furreners trying to throw a whuppin' on your sissy little self! Maybe it's time to stay home and get a life-size, lip synching cutout prop to stand in for you. The audience won't know the difference and you can skip the jet lag. It shouldn't be hard to rig up a 'Vomit on Command' hose, reservoir, and wireless switch; so you could remotely decide when and where to blow chunks! You could even get fancy by pre-printing the' Chunx Menu du Jour' so attendees could be pre-alerted if they had any food allergies. I mean, Justin..Imagine the headline "MY 'GOOD MUSLIM' SON HUMILIATED AT JUSTIN'S TEHERAN CONCERT AFTER SHOWER OF FRIED PORK RIND BARF!" ....that could be a real Career Stopper!

Journalism is nonexistent nowadays.

..The video shows that the fan wasn't at ALL 'attacking' Justin, and what made the piano fall was the over-zealous maniac security person tackling the fan, thereby, causing more violence than was necessary.  Justin actually walked away from the altercation and continued singing, like a pro.

It's quite disturbing that many supposedly 'legitimate' news outlets are reporting the same story with key facts being distorted.

I'm surprised the piano was real.  Would have figured it to be a prop.

@hostile177meh it's probably an electric grand piano which is why it fell over so easily; those things are cheap and worthless. i learned to play piano on a real grand piano and you're not just knocking it over by bumping into it. it takes 2-3 men to move those things. this one Beiber had was obviously cheap and probably wasn't even plugged in because as you can "hear", the piano sounds in the music didn't stop after it got knocked over ... neither did his singing  :)  gotta love pre-recorded shows.

well had the security guard not WWF off-the-rope-tackle-slammed the fan, the piano wouldn't have fell over. all the fan did was hug Bieber. all the security guard had to do was kindly escort the fan off the stage. all that tackling he did was excessive and unnecessary.

@Judas_Goat ..I TOTALLY agree!  That Security guard needs retraining!  He's the one that cause the piano to fall, by attacking the fan, almost injuring Justin.  Ridiculous!
