A few weeks ago the internet was abuzz over a new exercise trend-turned-viral-video called Prancercise®. Created by Johanna Rohrback, Prancercise® is defined on the official website as “a springy, rhythmic way of moving forward, similar to a horse’s gait and ideally induced by elation.”

While the exercise regimen was invented back in 1989, it never caught on until the archaeological powers of the internet unearthed the video and a new wave of Prancercisers was born. Among them, apparently, is John Mayer, who outed himself as a fan on Twitter on Tuesday.

As it turns out, Mayer has tapped into the trend, and his latest music video stars Rohrback —as in, the Prancercise® lady herself. In the video, Rohrback with her signature high-waisted pants and blown out hair, asks the audience: “What about a prance to romance to? So what about Romancercising to John Mayer’s ‘Paper Dolls’?” Rohrback then prances through the streets to the tune of Mr. Mayer’s latest song “Paper Dolls.” Watching Rohrback undulate gently in her horse-inspired movements to Mayer’s new tune as the lyrics flash on the screen is truly a sight to behold.
