Gramps Scolds Daughter For Kicking Out His Gay Grandson

'The shame on this family is you,' old man tells daughter in letter

An unidentified grandfather’s letter to his daughter, scolding her for kicking his grandson out of her house when he told her he was gay, has scored major kudos on the Internet.

“I’m disappointed in you as a daughter,” the unidentified grandpa says in opening the letter to his daughter Christine. “Kicking Chad out of your home simply because he told you he was gay is the real ‘abomination’ here. A parent disowning her child is what goes ‘against nature.’”

The letter, which first appeared on FCKH8.com has gotten wide praise in social media for its grandfatherly advice.

I don't approve of homosexuality and I don't support it. But tossing my kid out is just a bit too much. Just teach them with good values and a sense for right and wrong and let them walk and hope they go down the right path. A lot of people in this world are losing it and jumping on the bandwagon. If incest became legal and socially acceptable, I'm sure there will be people looking down on me for not supporting that either(matter of fact an Egyptian guy told me I was crazy for not approving of cousin marriage and saying that way incest). If people themselves don't know right from wrong, they won't understand why you look at them strange, but Ima teach my kids the right way and also teach them not to be negatively influenced by those around them.

So now we have people presenting letters written by "Grandpa" and unverified as "fact". Then we have the pro gay lobby who attack anyone that dares to disagree with homosexuality "homophobic", "bigoted". My oh my how people can be suckered into believing anything in this world. There is no conclusive evidence that people are "born homosexual" that is just a myth and a theory perpetuated by the pro gay lobby because they want to tear down the concept of man and wife and they want to destroy society. If you assert it is "normal" for two men or two women to be together then why can't you procreate as nature intended, because it isn't and you can't beat God. Furthermore, it is not "homophobic" to oppose homosexuality at all that is another trendy saying used by the pro homosexual lobby to argue their point without any basis of fact whatsoever. It does not mean you have a "phobia" to disagree with homosexuality so stop your blatant lies. You people are responsible for depriving children in homosexual households of their right to a mother and father, you should hang your heads in shame. Release the attack dogs.

I've heard from mystics that people are born gay because they chose it in their life planning before they reincarnated. What then happens is that they carry on their gender genetics but their essence goes into sperm of the opposite sex. When they're born they're gay. The higher beings should ban people from doing this in the life planning stages and everyone should have to be heterosexual as it's just weird and it just doesn't work. I'm heterosexual/straight and everyone I know finds it weird. Most normal people find it weird and don't like being around people that choose the gay lifestyle.

This man is abusive. He throws out his daughter for throwing out his son, Pkus, wording in the letter is suspicious.

So now the pro homosexual lobby are getting unverified letters published as fact. What an absolute farce the "media" has become and does absolutely nothing for the integrity of "journalism".

@CarolineRichards, I know you mean well so I'll keep my comments respectful. One item that you need to consider is that many gay folk, myself included, didn't "approve" of homosexuality either. But we didn't get a choice. We got stuck with it and that's that. As such, I regard suggestions to the contrary as slander. So, while none of this will make you like gay folk and more or any less, it may help you keep perspective on why we are who we are.

@CarolineRichards I am not sure I understand your point of view. Because I see no point in deciding about what is right and what is not. Who said to be gay is not the right way to live the life? When a child is born, the sexual orientation is done. It has NO effect on the quality of its life (accept some homophobic citizens make sure he or she feels bad about it), and what is more important, it is NON OF YOUR BUSINESS. I don't care whether you are atracted by a man or a women and it should not be of your business to care about me in this matter. So the only thing I am sick about is why there is even the diversification he or she is gay and he or she is not. WHO CARES NOW DAYS??? Wake up People. Don't you have something better to do??? How can you compare gay being with Egyptian case of incest? You are very much missing the facts... But it is all right you say I do not like gay people.Because it represents very simply your way of thinking and your opinion. And you will always have the right to express your opinion. As me, being GAY will always have the right to love whom I want and not whom you thing is right or not... Have a nice day!!

@PierreRoget I love this..."you can't beat God" You morons cling to your stupid bible as if it proves anything..Lets get this straight...THe BIBLE PROVES NOTHING....ITS FICTION AND NOTHING MORE!!! There is no GOD you can't produce it, so therefore it does not exist......Stop trying to use your silly book of cobbled together stories from other religions to justify your IGNORANCE!!!!  THE BIBLE IS CRAP!!!!

@PierreRoget, you're wrong and we're tired of your BS. You don't get away with pulling opinions out of your a*s these days. Furthermore your religion is crap - always has been. We're past the days when we have to pretend that your traditional nonsense is noble, valorous, or sacred. The world is a big place. It evolved as it is. Nothing was "intended". What's here is here. No gods are watching over you, caring about what you do, or defining any meaning for your existence. You're a flesh and blood human and that's it - no soul, no life-after-death, no ghost-in-a-shell. So your arguments are trash. You don't have to like gay folk but you're not going to get away with saying that it's anything more than personal sentiment. If you want to pose a real argument against gay folk or gay marriage then pose one demonstrating that the presence of gays is intrinsically harmful. Otherwise, take a hike.

@PierreRoget Hello, (as you said) im an abnormal and let me tell you something, with all the manners my straight parents taught me (they didnt rape me, dont panic).

How can you say homosexuals didnt born that way if you are straight? I AM GAY and i knew i like boys since i start talking and making friends, and i had the same education as my brothers and they are straight with children (And no, any1 raped me too).

This is you taking lines from a bible and me on the other side, telling how i am.

Your logic is so flawed, it amazes me. Let's start with where you say there is no "conclusive evidence" that people are born homosexual. Firstly, you clearly haven't done your research because there is plenty of scientific evidence that debunks this. Secondly, this same sentence can be flipped around on you. You say there is no conclusive evidence that people are born homosexual, there is also no evidence that proves that people AREN'T born homosexual. Next - you say that because homosexuals can't procreate so they aren't "normal", what about heterosexuals who are unable to produce children? Should be shun them from the world, deny them rights, and deny them marriage? Don't worry yourself in answering that, I'm sure I know your answer. And lastly, studies show that children raised in a homosexual household are actually more inclined to be more responsible adults, and I'm guessing single mothers/fathers shouldn't be able to raise their children because they don't have a father/mother in the equation. You have a very narrow outlook of the world.

@DanielChristopherHolt - Sorry, not buying it. No human being in this life, the previous, the next, or anywhere in between, would ever choose to be gay.

Points for originality and the rest of you - get a sense of humor.

@DanielChristopherHolt I have a confession - I like and eat cauliflower.  Sure, I know some people find it weird, even disgusting, and most people would not want to be that way.  But I can't help it.  I don't think I was born that way, but honestly it doesn't matter.  I like cauliflower, and if you don't like it, that's your problem.

@ShellyBuchanan, he did and he didn't. He sort of disowned her but left plenty of room for reconciliation. In any case, he made his point.

@Cheeks, that actually plays to his credibility. Just as a check, I looked around my house for an old-fashioned pad of writing paper. I found 3. One, sure enough, was a pad of graph paper that my son used for Algebra class.

Give me some links that prove people are born that way.

@aeboi617 My "logic" as you assert is not flawed at all. First of all you do not understand the difference between fact and evidence and theories. Scientists theorise unless they can prove something 100%. For example scientists theorise by using certain products on your head you can cure baldness, there is no conclusive evidence whatsoever about homosexuality. Seems you do not understand science. Maybe you think Darwin's theory is also "proven", just stop lying. You're the one that needs to take a revisit of what is "flawed".

If by your assertion homosexuals are "born that way" it can follow that thieves or murderers are born that way also.
'Heterosexuals that can't produce children" are not abnormal and your assertion is rubbish. Sterility in some men is a genetic abnormality, just like your homosexuality is.  Please show me how the animal kingdom or the whales or dolphins would still survive if homosexuality were normal. It isn't natural and there isn't a damn thing you can do about it with your lies, you can continue with you attempt in engineering support and brainwashing people's minds. You can't change the universe, you can't change nature, but you sure can have a good attempt at brainwashing people into believing your utter rubbish.

"Studies" you say, what "studies"?, you can produce all the "studies" you like, your community is depriving a child of a human right which is the right of entitlement to a Mother or Father. My outlook is not narrow at all, that is just the way you want  to put it because you minority groups want to label people who disagree with you as "homophobic", "bigoted", "narrow minded" and any other throw away line you can find because you want to brainwash people so they support your flawed and unnatural way of life. You made your bed now lie in it ,and stop trying to brainwash people to have sympathy for your cause. You can't beat nature or God. Furthermore the anus was designed to excrete waste from the body that is another thing you can't beat. I'd suggest you go to any university anywhere in the world and speak to any lecturer in biology, human anatomy, or medicine course and ask them for a definition of what the primary purpose of the anus is. You better not answer that because you will only tell more lies. Any Doctor will tell you that the anus is used for excreting waste from your body it is not a sexual organ as defined by the medical books. You should go and speak to any Gastroenterologist they will tell you what the anus is for you moron. Go and change that also.

The rectum is a chamber that begins at the end of the large intestine, immediately following the sigmoid colon, and ends at the anus. Ordinarily, the rectum is empty because stool is stored higher in the descending colon. Eventually, the descending colon becomes full, and stool passes into the rectum, causing an urge to move the bowels (defecate). Adults and older children can withstand this urge until they reach a bathroom. Infants and young children lack the muscle control necessary to delay bowel movement.

The anus is the opening at the far end of the digestive tract through which stool leaves the body. The anus is formed partly from the surface layers of the body, including the skin, and partly from the intestine. The anus is lined with a continuation of the external skin. A muscular ring (anal sphincter) keeps the anus closed until the person has a bowel movement.

@ShellyBuchanan, We don't have to prove it Shelly. Use common sense. What person in their right mind would ever choose to be gay? Virtually zero. So we're either all suffering from a mental illness that the APA is desperately trying to hide or the condition came bundled no extra charge. Now if you can't figure out which of those choices is more reasonable then you're the one who should be checked for a mental illness.
