People sailing on the boats on Vltava River look at the giant purple middle finger sculpture by Czech artist David Cerny on October 21, 2013 in Prague.

David Cerny has a message for Czech President Milos Zeman, and he’s broadcasting it loud and clear.

The artist installed a giant purple middle finger in the Vltava River, across from the Prague Castle where Zeman resides, just four days before the country’s early general election.
