First, deep-fried Twinkies became all the rage at state fairs, and then a burger with ramen noodles as buns captivated the New York City food scene this summer. Now Philadelphia’s PYT — the same artisanal burger joint that cooked up a deep-fried lasagna-bun burger — has combined the best of both worlds with a new custom pork belly patty sandwiched between deep-fried Twinkie buns.

Just one question: where’s the cream filling?
